Back story:
“Star man” that’s what they called him when he enter this planet.
Kooma was rudely yanked out of his world by Tub Ci,the tsoo leader, in mystical ceremony.
Once he realised he could not bend Kooma to his evil will, the powerful Tsoo placed a cursed on him, condemning half of his spirit to water.
The two elements are inside him, fighting a ceaseless battle and ensuring Kooma is in constant pain, wounds that never heal.
Over time he has learned to control both elements, the water being able to refresh and rejuvenate whilst the fire burns a path of destruction, but he still wishes an end to his own painful existence to free himself of the curse.
Other info:
Kooma carries an Infinitanium flask full of water from rivers of Paragon City to go around his curse that would other wise bind him to the town.
While he can’t remove the curse he has learned many ways to go around it.
Like shape shifting to other Archetypes this trick he learned by observing Peace bringers and War shades

He feels strongly about his friends and will do anything to keep em from getting hurt, though he doesn't often agree with his friends views of the world.
He likes to build and experiment with metals and robotics, his made him self an environment suit.
To allow him to be next to his friends without burning em alive and also he has made a line of robots called Keomas...
